Failure Notice Form".

Please DO NOT SHIP ANY EQUIPMENT WITHOUT OUR AUTHORIZATION, as our first aim will be to give you some useful directions to let you solve the problem on site so as to avoid the return of equipment. If repair or replacement should be considered as necessary, we will authorize the return with a specific email.
ANY PRODUCT RETURNED WITHOUT CTE DB AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REJECTED.
Clearance fees and import duties borne by CTE DB for the entry of the faulty equipment no more covered by warranty will be debited to customer.
